Specimen Requirements

Specimen must arrive by 10 a.m. the morning of collection. Send specimen Monday through Friday only and not on a holiday.

Specimen Type: Semen

Container Tube: Clean container

Specimen Volume: Total ejaculate.

Collection Instructions:

1. Patient should have 2 to 7 days of sexual abstinence at time of semen collection for accurate results.

2. Forward promptly at ambient (room) temperature only.
