Specimen Volume: Entire specimen

Collection Instructions:

1. Obtain adequate sampling.

2. Rinse device in vial.

3. Label vial with patient’s name (first and last), date of birth, date and actual time of collection, and source of specimen.

Additional Information: Specimen source is required.
