Collection Instructions:
1. Collect secretions from posterior fornix of vagina or ectocervical region of external cervical os.
2. False-positives may be obtained if specimen is collected after digital examination or culture collection.
3. Specimen should not be collected if patient has had sexual intercourse within 24 hours.
Additional Information: Moderate or gross blood may invalidate test.
